Nasung Kim ukończyła studia licencjackie w Yonsei University w Seulu w Korei Południowej w klasie Keumbonga Kima. Następnie przeprowadziła się do Niemiec i ukończyła studia magisterskie w Hochschule für Musik und Theatre München w klasie Adriana Oetikera. Obecnie studiuje Konzertexamen w Musikhochschule Münster w klasie Michaela Kellera. W 2019 r. Kim otrzymała stypendium Gisela und Erich Andreas Stifung w Niemczech. W 2020 r. zdobyła III Nagrodę na Międzynarodowym Konkursie Pianistycznym im. Bradshawa i Buono oraz Nagrodę Główną na Międzynarodowym Konkursie Artystów w Nowym Jorku. W 2021 r. otrzymała I Nagrodę w konkursie Steinway Förderpreis. W 2023 r. ukaże się jej pierwszy album CD, realizowany przez wytwórnię Musicom, który został nagrany w Steinway Galerie.

Nasung Kim earned her bachelor’s degree at the Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea with Keumbong Kim, Since than she move to Germany to study abroad and gained the master‘s degree at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München with Adrian Oetiker. And now she is studying for the Konzertexamen degree at the Musikhochschule Münster with Michael Keller. Additionally, in 2019, Kim benefited the scholarship from the Gisela und Erich Andreas tifung in Germany. Besides, in 2020, Nasung won the 3rd Prize at the Bradshaw and Buono International Piano Competition and the Grand Prize at the New York Artists International Competition. In 2021, she received the 1st Prize at the Steinway Förderpreis. In particular, in this competition, the judges gave the honorable mention that she is “very, very expressive and at the same time structured interpretation”. As well, in 2023, her first CD alblum will be released with Musicom label, which was recorded in the Steinway Galerie.
