Galyna Gusachenko urodziła się w Ukrainie. Obecnie studiuje w Musik-Akademie Basel w klasie fortepianu C. Martinez-Mehner oraz F. Gamba. W 2014 r. została zwyciężczynią Steinway Förderpreis, a w 2016 otrzymała I Nagrodę na konkursie „Elise Mayer” oraz nagrodę sponsorską od Anton Rubinstein Akademie w Düsseldorf. Jest laureatką I Nagrody na takich konkursach jak: „Roma International Piano Competition” (2019), 3rd France Music Competition (2021), Palma D’oro International Piano Competition, Finale Ligure (2023) i laureatką II Nagrody 16. Międzynarodowego KonkursuPianistycznego „MozArte”. W 2019 r. otrzymała również nagrodę Fondazione Cuomo, a także nagrodę specjalną „Istituto Nazionale Fryderyk Chopin“. Galyna jest również zwyciężczynią “Art of the 21st Century”. Pianistka koncertowała w wielu krajach w Europie, występowała ze znanymi orkiestrami. Jest zaangażowana w liczne projekty kameralne i bierze udział festiwalach muzycznych, między innymi „Klavier-Festival Ruhr”. Aktualnie występuje w transmisjach NDR i WDR-Culture.

Galyna is the winner of many international competitions: Grand Prize of the “Art of the 21st Century”, winner of the Steinway Förderpreis in 2014, 1st Prize “Elise Mayer“ in 2016, Förderpreis der Anton Rubinstein Akademie e.V. Düsseldorf in 2016, 1st Prize “Roma International Piano Competition”, Premio „Fondazione Cuomo“, Premio Speciale „Istituto Nazionale Fryderyk Chopin“ in 2019, 2nd Prize 16. International MozArte Piano Competition in 2020, 1st Prize bei 3rd France Music Competition in 2021 and 1st Prize «Palma D’oro International Piano Competition», Finale Ligure in 2023. Her concert activity includes recitals in many different European countries. Galyna performs with famous symphony orchestras, as also involved in various chamber music projects. She participates of music festivals such as «Klavier- Festival Ruhr» and performs at broadcast on NDR and WDR-Culture.
