LIU Qiao (China)

Zadebiutowała na scenie mając 11 lat, co otworzyło jej drogę do studiowania w Shenyang Conservatory of Music w Chinach. Następnie kontynuowała studia podyplomowe w Stanach Zjednoczonych w Mannes School of Music of The New School i Manhattan School of Music w Nowym Jorku pod kierunkiem Jerome’a Rose’a, Victora Rosenbauma i Alexandre’a Moutouzkine’a. Obecnie kontynuuje naukę w klasie Mattiego Raekallio. Qiao Liu wyróżniła się na wielu konkursach, m.in.: New York Artist International Competition (Nagroda Główna), The Singapore International Piano Competition, Bradshaw & Buono International Piano Competition, IAFM Cologne International Piano Competition, Radda Rise International Piano Competition,Golden Classical International Piano Competition, The North International Music Competition, Paris Music Competition, a także została laureatką Pittsburgh International Piano Competition i The Montecatini International Piano Competition. W 2023 r. została zaproszona do udziału w XVII International Tchaikovsky Competition w Moskwie. Qiao Liu była zapraszana do udziału w festiwalach takich jak: Honeywell Arts Academy Festival, International Keyboard Institute & Festival, Piano Island Festival oraz Academy of Fortepiano Performance Workshop & Festival. Koncertowała w salach takich jak: Weill Recital Hall w Carnegie Hall, The DiMenna Center for Classical Music, Kaufman Music Center, Marc Scorca Hall w National Opera Center, Steinway Hall w Nowym Jorku, The Pollock Theatre, Meininger Theatre, Ancienne Eglise de Maisons-Laffitte Concert Hall, Montecatini Terme i Palazzo del Governo, Wielkiej Sali Moskiewskiego Konserwatorium im. P. I. Czajkowskiego. Zadebiutowała w Nowym Jorku w latach 2017-2018 w Weill Recital Hall w Carnegie Hall.

 

At the age of 11 she debuted on stage, which opened her way to study at the Shenyang Conservatory of Music in China. She then later pursued graduate studies in the United States at the Mannes School of Music of The New School and the Manhattan School of Music in New York as a student of Jerome Rose, Victor Rosenbaum and Alexandre Moutouzkine. She is currently continuing her studies under the tutelage of Matti Raekallio. She has distinguished herself in numerous international competitions in the Asian, US and Europe, including the top prize at the New York Artist International Competition, The Singapore International Piano Competition, the Bradshaw & Buono International Piano Competition, IAFM Cologne International Piano Competition, Radda Rise International Piano Competition, Golden Classical International Piano Competition, The North International Music Competition, Paris Music Competition, and she has also been awarded as laureates at Pittsburgh International Piano Competition and the Montecatini International Piano Competition. In 2023, she was invited to take part in the XVII International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow. Qiao Liu has been invited to participate in festivals such as Honeywell Arts Academy Festival, International Keyboard Institute & Festival, Piano Island Festival and Academy of Fortepiano Performance Workshop & Festival. She performed in concert halls like Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, The DiMenna Center for Classical Music, Kaufman Music Center, The Merkin Hall of Kaufman Art Center, The Steinway Hall in New York, The Pollock Theater, Meininger Theater, Ancienne Eglise de Maisons-Laffitte Concert Hall, The Montecatini Terme and Palazzo del Governo, The Great Hall of Moscow P. I. Tchaikovsky Conservatory. She made her New York debut at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall in 2017-2018 session.
